7th EMSSA international Conference — Emergency Medicine Society of South Africa Conference 2019

The 7th EMSSA International Conference is aimed at specialists, physicians, doctors, paramedics, nurses, registrars, students. We will be exploring cutting-edge advancements in EM practice, discussing developments in training and systems and showcasing how emergency care projects have made a difference in the lives of people across the world. Attendees will have access to renowned speakers via Keynote presentations, oral and poster presentations, parallel sessions and pre-conference workshops, giving delegates the opportunity to hear the latest research or innovation. Underlying these knowledge sharing efforts, we will have a strong underlying motivational message by focussing on specific barriers that are faced by Emergency Care Professionals currently working in South Africa, namely overcrowding, wellness and interprofessional obstacles. We will address these issues systematically, clearly define them and create a platform where workable answers can be sought and developed.
