JSPP2020 — 12th EU-Japan Joint Symposium on Plasma Processing

On behalf of the organizing committees, I would like to invite you to participate in the 12th EU-Japan Joint Symposium on Plasma Processing (JSPP2020) and the 15th Asia-Pacific Conference on Plasma Science and Technology (APCPST2020), which will be held at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) in Okinawa, Japan, from the 20th to 24th of April, 2020. The EU-Japan JSPP is an international symposium open to anyone from around the world (not limited to those from EU or Japan) who is interested in science and technologies of plasma processing and other related disciplines. It covers a broad range of science and technologies related to plasmas processing.

This year the EU-Japan JSPP will be held concurrently with the 3rd International Conference on Data-Driven Plasma Science (ICDDPS-3). All registered participants of the EU-Japan JSPP can attend the sessions of ICDDPS-3 free of charge.
