Vor der Aufnahme des Betriebs von Lasereinrichtungen der Klassen 3R, 3B und 4 ist gemäß §5 der Arbeitsschutzverordnung zu künstlicher optischer Strahlung (OStrV) ein Laserschutzbeauftragter schriftlich zu bestellen. Dieser muss seine Fachkenntnisse durch die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an einem Lehrgang nachweisen und durch Fortbildung auf dem aktuellen Stand halten. Unsere Ausbildungsseminare erfüllen die von den Berufsgenossenschaften aufgestellten Anforderungen zur Erlangung der Sachkunde für Laserschutzbeauftragte, gemäß Anhang 3 der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift DGUV Vorschrift 11 (früher BGV B2) sowie die in der TROS Laserstrahlung definierten gesetzlichen Anforderungen der OStrV zum Nachweis der Fachkenntnisse.
