It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 10th International Eurasian Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Applications (IECMSA-2021). Unfortunately, the whole world including our research community has faced an unusual, dangerous challenge connected with the new COVID-19 and one impact of this virus has placed constraints on the ability of researchers to join a face-to-face meeting. As the health and safety of everyone is our priority, IECMSA will proceed with our annual gathering this year through a virtual conference, instead of an in-person event.
