180th Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America

The 180th meeting of the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), titled Acoustics in Focus (AiF), will be held online Tuesday through Thursday, 8-10 June 2021. AiF will be a new and exciting forum for acoustics researchers, practitioners, educators, and students to learn from each other. Recognizing that online meetings cannot demand the complete attention of attendees for five full days, the meeting will be shorter than usual with a more focused set of topics. There will be a variety of technical session formats designed to encourage active participation by attendees in an online format. This new structure is informed by the post-meeting survey for the fall 2020 Acoustics Virtually Everywhere (AVE) meeting. It is anticipated that a regular in-person meeting will be held November 29 through December 3, 2021, in Seattle.
