EMBO Practical Course — High throughput protein production and crystallization

High throughput methods are powerful tools for addressing protein expression, purification and crystallization challenges, veritable bottlenecks for structural and biochemical studies. We will give an accurate view of state-of-the-art methods for HT protein production, purification and sample quality assessment. The goal is to provide the students with a broad view on the latest HT available techniques, how to implement the protocols inhouse and how to access HT equipment through available platforms in the EU for protein production and crystallization. The students will learn HT experiment design, equipment use, and data analysis for reaching their goals with their target proteins.
