About the Role

Join our supportive and forward-thinking Business & Systems Analysis Team within the University of Southampton’s IT Portfolio. You’ll work across a range of strategic projects including CRM, ServiceNow, Windows 10 upgrades, and the Student App.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll:

Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.Support the implementation of new systems and processes.Mentor and support colleagues with the Business & Systems Analysis team

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience across complex projects/workstreams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.BCS Business Analyst Diploma (or working towards it).
