Applications are invited for the above post based at the Lifespan and Population Health Unit, School of Medicine.

This is an exciting new opportunity to join the School of Medicine as the Data Access and Support Hub Adviser, where you’ll play a key role in empowering researchers to access, manage, and share health-related research data effectively.  You’ll provide advice and hands-on support to researchers to: 

Access and utilise secure facilities for storing, analysing, and promoting health-related research data Identify the right tools and services to ensure datasets are well-documented, understandable, and reusable Increase the visibility, impact, and reproducibility of research outputs Navigate funder and institutional data-sharing requirements 

You will be part of the School of Medicine’s thriving and collaborative health informatics community. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills Enjoys working collaboratively with researchers, clinicians, and technical teams Is confident using digital tools and keen to learn new platforms Has an interest in research data management and open science practices Experience in research or healthcare is an advantage, but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with relevant transferable skills.
