About the role

We are seeking two dynamic and proactive Project Coordinators. To support the GW-SHIFT and UK-HyRES programmes. These programmes aim to connect shared partners across the growing hydrogen ecosystem and help the push to net zero targets.

The roles will be key in providing coordination support to all the activities of the programme including marketing & communications, agenda setting & minute taking, setting up funding review panels and monitoring outcomes. Core responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of key activities, meetings and events. 

Our ideal candidate will have

Experience in a similar coordination roleThe ability to work pro-actively, flexibly, occasionally to tight deadlines and excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholdersExperience of maintaining clear and accurate records and creating reports from the dataExcellent organisation and time management skills along good team workingExperience in marketing and communications activities

Further Information  

This position is offered in a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis with an expected end date of 31 December 2027 for GW-SHIFT and 31 May 2028 for UK-HyRES. On a hybrid basis with 2-3 days based on the University of Bath Claverton Campus in our co-located Hydrogen Hub offices. There is an expectation to attend events across the UK where necessary.
