About the role

You’ll have a key role in helping students transition from living at home to fully independent living and ensuring all our accommodation users have the best possible experience when staying with us.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning accommodation areasReporting maintenance requirementsEnsuring health and safety guidance is followedActing as the face of the department, engaging with students and visitors

This role involves working on a 5 over 7 rota. Cleaning is required in some areas at weekends, therefore there is an expectation to work weekends on a rota basis. Weekend rota work requirements apply mainly during the summer peak period.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
