 About the Role

You will join a forward-thinking University that is investing heavily in its digital future. As our Power Platform Lead, you will shape the strategy, architecture and governance of a core enterprise platform, influencing how modern digital services are delivered across the institution. You will work with the full Microsoft ecosystem—including Power Platform, Azure integration services and enterprise data giving you the space to innovate and deliver impactful, high value solutions.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Leading the strategic design, architecture and governance of Microsoft Power Platform environmentsOverseeing solution design and delivery of enterprise grade Power Platform applicationsProviding senior technical leadership across digital projects and cross team collaboration

Collaborating with talented teams across IT Security, Cloud & Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications and Data, and will play a key role in major digital transformation initiatives. The role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, hands on solution delivery and strategic influence, with opportunities to introduce new technologies, improve processes and help drive a Microsoft-first strategy.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Lead to drive the design, governance and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the University. You will lead our Power Platform environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable and support our digital transformation ambitions.

You will bring significant hands on experience with enterprise grade Power Platform development, strong architectural and integration skills (including Azure services and APIs), and a deep understanding of governance, security and DLP policies. You will be a skilled communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams, enabling and mentoring “citizen developers” and shaping best practice across the institution.

We are looking for someone with innovative, proactive and collaborative, with excellent stakeholder management, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead complex digital projects within a multi system environment.
