HR Partner (HR024)

The University of West London is a leading modern university specialising in the education and development of exceptional creative, business and service professionals.

As HR Partner you will be responsible for the delivery of a respected and valued HR service to allocated Schools and departments. You will act as trusted partner to managers, providing guidance, support and solutions across a range of operational people management issues including recruitment and selection, organisational design, performance management, employee relations and change management.

With experience of working as an HR partner, you will be able to evaluate a situation quickly and accurately, using your knowledge of employment law and best practice HR to guide managers to the most appropriate course of action. Critical to success will be your ability to establish effective working relationships, building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Please be advised that it is expected that appointment within a grade will normally be at the minimum point.
