The Library is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic administrative assistant to work with our Learning Development team.

You will support the team in a range of ways, including organising the calendar of workshops, gathering and logging attendance information, compiling reports, monitoring budgets and tutor payments, assisting with publicity and the organisation of teaching sessions and other general office administrative duties.

You will have administrative experience in an educational environment, work effectively both individually and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise are essential elements of this role.

This is a part time fixed term post.
