We are seeking an outstanding and inspiring individual to join our successful and highly committed team of academic staff who can contribute to the Prequalifying Healthcare Department within the School of Nursing and Midwifery. The department provides high quality, dynamic education using a variety of innovative teaching and learning methods delivered at all academic levels from undergraduate to postgraduate study. You will work flexibly as part of a team to contribute to teaching, learning and assessment to support a high quality student experience. You will participate in the planning, designing and development of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programmes as well as pastoral tutoring. You will provide expertise to further enhance learning and teaching. You must possess excellent knowledge of the development and contemporary aspects of Adult nursing practice and be registered with the NMC (part 1).   You must hold a first degree and have Masters or working towards other postgraduate study. You must the have the ability to deliver high quality, research rich teaching within nursing. Applications are particularly welcome from individuals with an interest in leadership and health policy.
