Grounds Operative (ES0095)

The University of Hull's Maintenance team forms part of the Estates Directorate that is dedicated to providing a wide range of support services connected with the effective management, development and maintenance of the University Estate.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can work as part of the Grounds and Gardens team to maintain the award winning University landscape.

The successful applicant will join the existing team carrying out a variety grounds maintenance related tasks that will involve, but not exclusively, working out in all weathers, working with powered tools, operating tractors and grass cutting machinery, working at height, and manual tasks such as litter picking, weeding, pruning and planting.
