Description :

We are seeking one researcher to work in command and control Human Factors with academic and commercial partners, as part of the Collective Teamwork Training Intervention Measurement and Evaluation (C-TTIME) program. The Defence Science Technology Laboratory funds this program of work; a requirement of the funding stipulates the candidate must be a UK national.

C-TTIME will examine how teamwork training in command and control environments (including land, sea and air) can be maximised via the use of different training interventions. The C-TTIME team will conduct a series of experiments using the control room simulator at the University of Southampton.

You will have relevant academic and any professional qualifications and experience in psychology, human factors and ergonomics, statistical data analysis experience and the ability to work effectively with a research team.
