Playing a key role in the delivery of our Student Information Desk at the heart of each campus, you will act as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors accessing the Student Advice Service, providing an efficient triage service, managing enquiries and providing administrative support.

In this varied and challenging role you will be a strong communicator with experience of customer service and/or providing information, advice and guidance in a service setting. Working as part of a team you will be able to handle arrange of enquiries related to student administration and support services, advising enquirers on university policy, process and procedures.

This post holder will work 20 hours per week across 4 days, 30 weeks per year (term-time only, during teaching semesters). Hours of attendance are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am – 3/3.30pm, although some flexibility will be available.

This post is fixed-term for one year.
