The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences is looking for a full-time Project Procurement Assistant to join our Facilities Project Team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The post holder will provide administrative and operational support. The post is an important and responsible position and your main duties will include procurement activities, communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and communication with staff. You will have good communication skills and a friendly helpful manner being able to provide high levels of customer service. This is a busy dynamic customer facing role working in a small facilities team providing a broad road range of facilities services to staff, students and external contractors.  A proficient ability in the use of main Microsoft packages is essential as is the willingness to undertake mandatory training as required.
