Your good customer services skills and the ability to work well within a team will be welcome in this role, which provides assistance and support to a team of administrative staff who support a range of courses and modules within the School of Health Sciences. 

Your knowledge of using databases, word processing and spreadsheet packages will be essential in supporting the School's admissions team with admissions processing. Supporting the admissions team will include updating marketing material and information about courses and modules, and assisting with applicant interview days. You will be first point of contact for enquirers via phone and email, these will be current and new students, applicants, internal and external colleagues. 

To succeed in this role, you will have proven knowledge of administrative systems; the ability to produce grammatically correct written work; has experience of meeting objectives and standards on own initiative; can demonstrate being proactive; works systematically and uses time efficiently.

This is a permanent, part-time position (18.5 hours per week), working days can be discussed at interview.
