You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to colleagues, applicants and other contacts to deliver high quality recruitment and selection.  This role will include significant administration such as maintaining systems to ensure accurate employee data is available to meet operational needs, satisfy reporting and audit requirements. You will be able to evidence an organised approach to work and the ability to prioritise different tasks, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload which at times may be unpredictable.
