Senior Student Administration Officer (Lincoln Medical School) (SA9191)

The University of Lincoln has recently embarked on an exciting collaboration with the University of Nottingham to offer medical education in Lincolnshire.  The University is seeking to appoint a Senior Student Administration officer to support the set up and delivery of the new Lincoln Medical School.

The post will report to the Senior Administration Officer (Off Campus) and will sit within the University’s Student Administration team. The post will provide expert administrative support and professional advice to the University in relation to academic administration, in addition to arranging key student-facing events

In addition, the post holder will be expected to acquire a sound level of knowledge about the complexities of the Medical School and provide advice and guidance within the University.  They will also be expected to work closely with key academic and professional support staff at both Lincoln and Nottingham Universities.

The post holder will need to be an experienced team member and be able to largely manage their own time and determine priorities.  The role also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop new and imaginative ideas with a positive attitude towards problem solving.

Please note this post is permanent, full time at 37 hours per week.
