Teaching Associate- £30,395 to £39,609 per annum pro rata

Clinical Assistant Professor in Equine Clinical Practice- £36,261 to £48,677 per annum pro-rata. A non-consolidated clinical salary supplement of up to 15% (dependent upon clinical duties and role) is available.

The University of Nottingham’s School of Veterinary Medicine and Science (SVMS) has established a number of exciting long term partnerships as part of its ‘Clinical Associate’ model: delivering clinical rotations at high quality veterinary establishments, taught by highly motivated clinical educators, and led by University of Nottingham staff.

The School is seeking to recruit an experienced equine practitioner to join an existing team of SVMS clinicians who supervise final year students on rotations at SVMS and at the clinical associate practices. Candidates should possess a primary veterinary degree that can be registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, a post-graduate teaching or further clinical qualification would be an advantage.

Additionally, candidates should submit a CV which gives details of academic qualifications and a career summary. A statement of not more than 500 words on your long term clinical and teaching plans is also required.

This a part time, permanent position and hours of work are 18.12 per week.
