A great opportunity is available for a proactive and detail focused individual to be part of Student Services (Development) at the University of Nottingham in a role that focuses on service quality and data management. You will play a leading role being responsible for day to day management of processes related to reporting to UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) and SLC (Student Loans Company) within the Data Team to ensure University compliance. This will involve liaising with colleagues across different University departments to gather relevant information working to ensure timely reporting to these external agencies and others. You will maintain relevant systems ensuring that due care and attention is attributed to confidential data and information.  

You should have excellent communication skills including being able to explain systems and processes to others. You will require excellent attention to detail and must be able to plan and prioritise your own work activities, and those of a team member, while being committed to the provision of a high level of service whilst working as part of a team.  In addition good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, is also essential.  The role will also involve assisting in various departmental tasks which form key parts of the student journey (from initial registration to graduation).

This is a full time (36.25 hours per week), permanent position. Job share arrangements may be considered. This role will be based on the University Park campus.
