The Employee & Industrial Relations Department within Human Resources are looking to recruit a team administrator to support the department. The Department is responsible for HR casework, HR policies and the relationship with our recognised trade unions. The post is for 20 hours a week spread over four days of the week with some flexibility in how those hours are worked. 

The ideal candidate should be a competent administrator with good communication skills and be able to organise their time effectively. The key duties will include:

Efficient administrative/secretarial support to the Employee Relations departmentCo-ordination of diaries, arranging and servicing meetingsDrafting and preparation of documentation and organisation of eventsAnalyse, manipulate and interpret complex information in order to compile detailed summary reports
