Applications are invited for two Assistant Professors in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management. 

The person appointed will be expected to engage in high quality research and to contribute to teaching on the range of programmes offered by the School at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. The ability to teach quantitative research methods would be an advantage.  They will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.

Candidates should have a PhD (or be close to completion) in a relevant area together with previous teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects.  An ability to publish organisational behaviour/human resource management related research in high quality academic journals is also required. Candidates should have the ability to develop their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team.
