This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated administrator to join our busy Curriculum and Quality Assurance (CQA) Team in the Faculty of Medicine.  

You will work as part of an effective team within the Faculty, with academic and clinical colleagues and colleagues across Professional Services to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the Faculty’s quality assurance and curriculum activities.  Major elements of the post will be; organising and attending Academic Appeal meetings, Fitness to Practise investigations, programme reviews and Quality Assurance visits to NHS Trusts, servicing committees, administration of student evaluations, the annual reporting process and external examiner reporting process. 

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively.  You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach in reviewing processes and practices. You must have experience of taking minutes and be able to summarise meetings accurately. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
