Research Internship, IDP, Guided Research - Requirement Analysis and Evaluation of Reinforcement Learning Methods

With recent advances in machine learning and specifically in reinforcement learning (RL), many new problems have arised. Specifically, due to the rapid development of new RL algorithms, not enough efforts have been made into ensuring reproducible results and better benchmarking. This topic is the focus of this internship. We will be conducting different RL experiments to validate different sub-component of the overall pipeline and the effect of small system design details on the overall performance.
