About You

With previous experience in marketing or a recruitment related role in education, you will be able to demonstrate project management skills with the ability to manage competing demands, working to strict deadlines. You will also be experienced in working as part of a team, with the ability to form effective working relationships at a range of levels within a complex organisation.

To be successful, you will be proactive, creative and self-motivated, with an excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. 

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development of specified marketing and recruitment projects and provide high level skills support to a range of project-based administrative activities across the Department. You will manage a diverse portfolio of marketing projects across the academic year, developing and monitoring KPIs, producing project reports and briefings, and identifying areas of focus.

Effective delivery of these responsibilities will rely heavily your ability to liaise with Service colleagues and other senior academic and administrative staff across the University, ensuring exemplary standards of accuracy and quality are demonstrated, along with an ability to work collaboratively.
