We are looking for an experienced full stack web developer to work on the construction of an interactive tool for tropical disease mapping to support international control programmes for Neglected Tropical Diseases, starting on or before 1st October 2021.

You will implement an open source web application to be used in the first instance for the design and analysis of data on lymphatic filariasis from surveys conducted in Kenya. The project will last for 6 months and will involve working closely with statisticians from the CHICAS research group. Flexible working requests will be considered for this post, which will be supervised by Prof Peter Diggle and Dr Emanuele Giorgi.
