The University of Southampton is seeking an experienced international student recruitment professional to join its Global Recruitment and Admissions (GRA) department as Senior International Officer. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a Global top 100 University (QS World University Rankings 2022) and contribute towards achieving our ambitious international recruitment goals.

The exact market responsibilities will be determined post-offer in line with the experience and knowledge of the successful candidate, but are likely to include the Americas or the Middle East and Africa. The role holder will be responsible for specific markets personally, and will manage a small team of UK- and overseas-based recruitment officers across a broader region.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of international student recruitment, and will be comfortable working with professional service and academic colleagues alike to achieve targets; providing specialist advice, cultural knowledge and market intelligence to enable the University to advance it's internationalisation agenda.
