About You

You are a team player who is a positive influence and who can work alongside colleagues in a busy office environment. You are able to work proactively on own initiative; planning and organising to make best use of time while managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

You understand the importance around maintaining confidentiality; data protection legislation; and how both can be implemented in practice. You have strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level attention to detail and accuracy. You are understanding of the importance of customer care and its impact on providing high quality services to our students and staff.

About the Role

We are a lively and proactive team located within Facilities Management and we put the student experience at the heart of everything we do. This is a great job in a busy team which enables you the opportunity to enhance your skills. 

In this role you will be managing income generated from the on campus accommodation, you will be integral to ensuring the systems and processes that support this system are effective. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management of the income together with the associated debt management processes. You will also support the operational delivery and proactive development of the Accommodation team’s finance business systems.
