The Hospitality department are looking for Casual Commis Chefs to join the team for the summer

Duties would include:

To prepare and cook dishes for service in the food outlets in liaison with the senior ChefsHelping to prepare and cook dishes for functions and events in liaison with senior ChefsTo assist with good stock management by helping store deliveries in a timely manner following FIFOAdhere to Food Safety, Health & Safety and Allergen legislation – training providedCompleting Due-diligence and following the standards set in the FSMSHelping to keep the BOH areas clean and hygienicAll other associated task as requested as directed by the senior Chefs.

We require the following:

Shifts could be early mornings and late nights weekends & weekdaysAvailable for a minimum of two shifts per week from May through to mid AugustThe ideal candidate should have experience of working in a food preparation roleThe ability to work in a safe environment and protecting others around you.You should have a proactive attitude and be prepared to work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment.

In return we will offer good pay rates of £9.93 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay this equates to £11.13 per hour

The positions are on a casual basis and hours will therefore be flexible as and when required by the business.
