The Residential Operations Manager is a key role in the Estates and Facilities Management team, providing leadership to the teams delivering a range of front line residential services, including reception, cleaning, caretaking and day-to-day maintenance. In this role you will also provide advice and support to colleagues throughout the wider department and university, share best practice across all areas and actively contribute to delivering the Estates Strategy.

You will be a Housing or Facilities Management professional, with a broad understanding of facilities management and significant experience of managing multi-site operations. You will have a passion for service excellence and be dedicated to continual improvement to ensure we deliver a best in sector customer experience to all service users. 

This is a full-time, permanent role and is open to applications from those wishing to job-share
