Apprenticeship Data Quality Officer (TA5012-22-390)

Are you passionate about high quality apprenticeship delivery? Higher and Degree Apprenticeships represent an area of significant development for the University of Brighton and this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced data officer to join the dedicated Apprenticeship Hub Team to support ambitious plans for growth and ensure robust quality and compliance.

The purpose of the role is to mine the array of historical apprenticeship compliance data and contracts of the University’s apprenticeship provision. 

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that all records relating to such data are complete and compliantProducing and submitting periodic update reports and recommending relevant actions for the appropriate sectors of the University. Working alongside the Apprenticeship Compliance Officer to review, rework and embed rigorous quality and compliance systems. 

You will need a good understanding of apprenticeship legislation, audit and inspection processes and a keen eye for detail. You should also be willing to work occasional weekends and evenings when required.
