About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team to take responsibility for ensuring that the campus grounds, gardens, landscaping, and external sports facilities are maintained to the highest possible standard. As part of your role, you will carry out:

Driving dutiesLitter pickingSports pitch maintenance (including both grass and artificial surfaces)Inspection of pitches and grounds Setting up and taking down of sports equipment CleaningEvent and function preparation and presentation

About You

As Team Leader in Grounds Maintenance, you will have:

experience of working within a customer service environment (preferably within grounds maintenance)good knowledge of health and safetygood communication skillsa positive can-do attitude towards your work and customersthe ability to work without supervision, use your own initiative and be proactive whilst also working well as part of a team
