About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Administrator to join the Student Services team to support general administration of the services offered by the Student Support and Money Advice team. You will support key areas of work with specific responsibility for responding to student enquiries; supporting the administration of comprehensive computerised information, confidential student case records; and enabling effecting monitoring and reporting of support.

About You

As Student Support Administrator, you will have:

General administrative experience (including word processing, spreadsheets and data management, using an appointment booking system and dealing with customer enquiries in a sensitive and confidential manner)The ability and willingness to use your own initiative to solve problems efficiently and effectivelyThe ability to work proactively with minimal supervision, and to work as part of a teamGood oral and written communicationExcellent customer care skills (including the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with people at all levels both internal and external to the organisation)
