About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Sports Centre team as a Receptionist. You will have a specific role to play as the first point of contact for many of the Centre’s users in both an administrative and service capacity. A high level of customer care delivered in both the café and reception areas is vital to the success of this post and to the complex as a whole.

About You

As a Receptionist, you will have previous experience of working in a busy customer facing service industry as well as previous experience of working as a receptionist, or passion and drive of wanting gain experience in this area.  

You will have the ability to create positive first impressions and to develop relationships with customers through excellent communication skills as well able to work with minimal supervision demonstrating problem solving and time management skills. You will demonstrate excellent Customer Care in dealing with all customers and have a decent understanding of the reception role and responsibilities, working part of a team in supporting the smooth operation of the facility.
