This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. 

Do you want to play a key role in supporting the success of students, particularly those from underrepresented groups?  Are you a team player with excellent communication skills? Do you have attention to detail and experience of evaluating the impact of projects and/or interventions and analysing quantitative data to understand trends?    

We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee and support the delivery of key projects designed to maximise student success amongst students from a wide range of backgrounds, to ensure they feel valued, thrive academically, continue in their studies and achieve their goals 

The role will work closely with Faculties, Schools and Services at the University of Leeds to understand existing student success processes and best practice across the institution. A vital part of the role will be to coordinate how different University areas operationalise process enhancement recommendations arising out of the student success projects, ensuring that best practice is implemented appropriately. 

You will play a key role in conveying complex information and providing advice and project support to Faculties, Schools and Services regarding implementation of institutional processes for using student success data and learner analytics, to support students at Leeds.  

A primary focus of this role includes include the development and maintenance of data records (primarily through Microsoft Excel and Access Databases).

Additionally, you will provide Faculties, Schools and Services with direction and advice on implementation of evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of student success interventions.
